MB VENDURA is an EASA Part-147 Approved Maintenance Training Organisation (LT.147.009). The platform provides industry-compliant training designed to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

2. Training Format

Our trainings are delivered through video presentations with voiceover. This format allows for comprehensive and engaging learning experiences.

3. Compliance with Industry Regulations

4. Hardware Compatibility

VENDURA eLearning courses are compatible with desktop computers, laptops, and tablets. Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements for optimal performance.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods are debit or credit card for secure online payment. Payment is required in advance for all courses. Upon successful payment, access to the course will be granted.

6. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased. Prospective users are encouraged to view the free demo and thoroughly read the course description before purchasing.

7. Course Access and Duration

Course access begins immediately upon payment confirmation. You will have 30 calendar days of 24/7 access to the purchased course. If the course is not completed within this period, you will need to repurchase access.

8. Course Completion and Certification

You must complete all parts of the course and pass the final exam to receive certification. Upon passing the exam, a certificate will be emailed to you in PDF format or can be downloaded from your dashboard. A hardcopy of the certificate will not be issued upon completion of the course.

9. Exam Retake Policy

If you do not pass the final exam on your first attempt, you may retake the course at no additional cost within 30 days of the original purchase date.

10. Course Skipping Policy

Skipping episodes or sections of the course is not permitted. All parts of the course must be completed in sequence to ensure comprehensive understanding and qualification for the final exam.

11. Discount Code Policy

Discount codes provided by VENDURA eLearning cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided through VENDURA eLearning is the intellectual property of MB VENDURA. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of the content is prohibited.

13. User Conduct

Users are expected to:
• Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from any actions that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
